Hi everyone, I’m Kim.
Four Little Pills is deeply personal to me. It’s an autobiographical space where I share what it’s been like living with epilepsy—both before the internet made information more accessible, and after. My goal is to be honest about the thoughts, challenges, and realities that often go unspoken when dealing with a serious condition.
In addition to writing, I’m also a photographer, and all of the images on this site are my own. They reflect how I see the world and help tell my story in a way words sometimes can’t.
If you’re navigating life with epilepsy or something similar, I hope this space helps you feel understood and a little less alone. There is strength in sharing our experiences, and there is power in being heard. The only real stigma around disabilities is silence—so speak up and speak out.
