The author, Kim Langford, writes in her free time. She enjoys relaxing with her two crazy dogs and two awesome cats. She is also a photographer and has taken all of the photographs that are posted on this site.

This blog is an autobiography discussing what it was like to be diagnosed with epilepsy before and after the age of the internet. It is intended to help those that are struggling with all of the uncomfortable thoughts that come along with a serious condition such as epilepsy. Please remember that the only stigma with disabilities is silence…speak up and speak out!
